Is there any possibilities to develop Flash in Visual Studio?

Hello,

I have just came across a sample program that describes how to build a Flash SIP softphone (http://www.voip-sip-sdk.com/p_79-flash-sip-softphone-voip.html). I have checked the prerequisites section where it says that for the development environment Visual Studio 2010 is recommended. Hope you will find my information useful.
