I making a web-game named Droids and I want some BG music. But of some reson I cant stop the music. When I press the off button I still can hear short beeps from the music.

I havn't used flash in a while, but what I used to do was insert the sound into the timeline of a 'MovieClip' (set to 'streaming'), it is also handy to put the Stop/Play button(s) in the same clip. Then place that clip on the main Movie. The buttons in the clip should be coded to start and stop its timeline.
