Classic ASP -> .NET

I'm looking for a programmer who uses Visual Studio and understands CSS.

I need to convert my classic .asp website into a asp.net site. and have the "project" in VS. Not sure if I care which language is used, but I guess I'd prefer VB or maybe C#.

I'm happy with the current look. All pages use the .asp extension but most only use the .asp to 'call' headers/footers/navigation. Some actually connect to a database or process a form.

Once the website is done, it needs to pass basic W3G and ADA/Section 508 online tests. So it needs to be standards compliant.

The MOD video format is encoded by using MPEG-2 video codec with AC3 audio codec. It is mainly used for standard definition video which is used by Canon, JVC, Panasonic, such as: Canon FS100, FS10 and FS11,JVC GZ-HD3 GZ-MG130, GZ-MS100U, Panasonic SDR-S150, SDR-H20, SDR-SW20, SDR-S26,and so on. Besides, MOD video can be viewed on a computer with a player that is capable of reproducing MPEG-2 video. This video can be easily authored for watching on a DVD player without recompression, because it is fully compliant with DVD-video standard. Even more, if you just wantto playback Mod video files in VLC or QuickTime on Mac, you only need to rename them as .MPG or .MV2. Butif you want to play on the iPod, iPhone, Apple TV, PSP, Zune, CreativeZen etc, or want to edit on Final Cut Pro, iMovie and most other Macvideo editors directly, it is impossible to achieve that.

So the follow solution may help you out of trouble.
First: Convert Mod video to MP4, M4V, 3GP, AVI, WMA, MOV, etc that is understandable by your media devices or what you want to get.
