I haven't the foggiest. I can think up something, that might work, but I'd have to test it, and it still wouldn't be that great, maybe.<br>

Anyways, gamedev.net has an AI section. Check it out, it might lead you to other sites on AI and to the answer you are looking for. if nothing else it's a good place to start.

The "seek-to-kill" AI algorithm never fails: Move enemies towards the player randomly and attack if the player's close enough.<br>
<br>
