Am new to programming. how do i write a fortran program to output the squares and square roots of the first 40 integers and a fortran program to print values between 1 and 100 which are divisible by 5. thanks

Fortran 77 or Fortran 90?
The first is very much like the old Fortran from before 1960 but the later is more like newer languages with better structure. Google for "Rosetta Code" and for "John Burkardt's Home Page". You will get a lot of both fortran 77 and fortran 90. Look for the most simple tasks! Remember that if anything like n is divisible with 5 it means n mod 5 = 0
