What is a "Brown Out"? Posted by Bob on 16 Apr 2001 at 2:45 AM
I'm doing an assignment on networking and have been hit with a question containing a word I've never heard before.......
(BROWN OUT)

I have a couple of options in my multiple choice answers..

a) Broadcast Storm
or
b) When the power level drops below or above the required limit

any ideas?

Thanx in anticipation
