Need to create a virtual lounge using 3D Lingo.

Has to enable users to choose a different design of textile and furniture (e.g. sofa or table with different design in terms of shape).

Once user selects an object display it on the 3D view. Make users to change the texture of the objects. Make users to navigate the lounge using key or mouse event. (eg. Users can move or rotate a piece of furniture in the lounge.)

Can anyone achieve this? Willing to pay.
