Hi all,
how is everyone hope good and fine
well i have a question i wanna to make a program which demonstrate an animation of a fire of a bomb and i wanna to know from where i could start hope anyone could help me

Well for one you will have to learn to program in a language of your choice before you can start on much of anything. After that I would recomend Neon Helium's tutorials for graphics in OpenGL on any platform.
