It really depends on what you mean by PPC on your website. If you mean PPC to direct traffic to your website, then you need to set up an Adwords campaign on Google, and/or the equivalent in Miva, Yahoo etc.
If you mean you want PPC advertising on your own site, then you need to see Google Adsense (or the equivalent elsewhere).
