I have a client who wants an free/cheap open source email marketing server platform that can provides basic functions like email create, send, track, auto-responder and templates. Our iKode Newsletter Software (phpnewsletter.org) for clients is over their budget. So, I think they may want some free one for secondary development. Do you have any recommendation or experience?
