actually 80 is the httpd protocol port but lets not get picky.<p>
the only way you can try and do this would be to set up a telnet bounce on a shell on port 8080 (so you connect to port 8080 on the shell) then the shell connects to 23 and re-routes the information. this will depend greatly on how your proxy is configured. if its only a HTTP proxy then this is more than likely *not* work.<p>
