How can I Enable the client side cookie if the cookie is disabled in the client machine ? Is there any code to enable the cookie .

No, that's the whole point of being able to turn it off
You could always post a message on your site and tell them that it wont work without cookies enabled (get them to turn it on), but other then that ...

You got good answer. But if You want to do it without message - use session object.
