Please specify a good logic for validating a textbox which takes
a date field and it should take only valid date in the form of MM/DD/YY with slashes as default when entering the date.

hi
thanks for showing interest on me
But I need a date validity code in Javascript that
takes a date (which a user can type anything in the textbox)
but we should make it validty such as
1--when enters charecters or special characters
2--when enters irrelevant date in numbers
