Browser Stop button capture Posted by stgraham on 22 Jun 2004 at 6:49 PM
Hi,
Is it possible to know when the user has clicked the browser's stop button (I'm using IE5.5+)? I need to do this so that I can change the style of the cursor back to 'auto'. When my form is submitted, I use some javascript to set the cursor to the 'wait' style. I have also put an onKeyPress handle to trap the Esc key, but I can't seem to do anything about the Stop button.

Cheers,
Steve

onabort -might- work. If not, I don't think it can be done.
