Hi!!

The problem is that I have a help file for an application i developed, but i don't know how to link my java application with the help file, so when the user presses the help button on a window the help topic related to that window appears.

What kind of help file is it? Plain text, HTML, WinHelp?

It's a Winhelp file.

I balieve that it's OK to call the file as you'd execute any program (.exe, that is). I suspect that due to the file extension assiociation Windows will call the proper program for you.

Remember though - you're locked and forced to run your program on a Win-machine. Normally that's not a problem but you won't be able to create an applet of that program.
