im a student and doing my final year project now.my project are cyber cafe system,so that i need a splash screen to block the whole window to prevent unauthorize user to access before pay at the counter.anyone have an idea about the splash screen how to be done?
the splash screen can load the wallpaper and hav an slide show for it.
the splash screen also can accept input from customer which currently member or staff.


if anyone hav an idea please kinda helping me...
