Requirements:
5+ years of experience developing shrink-wrapped or enterprise quality applications on a Windows platform
Prefer intensive experience with at least 2 large projects and experience at the early/design phases of these projects
Good understanding and use of the C++ language
Experience developing cod libraries to by used by other developers
Prior experience producing technical documentation is highly desired

Required technical skills:
Solid experience with MFC development, multi-threading, development of Windows GUI Controls, Win32, API, development of technical documentation

Preferred experience:
ATL, C++ templates, use of performance analysis tools (e.g. Quantify, VTune etc.), StringRay, RogueWave, STL, and development in an n-tier client-server environment

Duties and Responsibilities:

The developer will be responsible for developing and extending a suite of Windows GUI controls and libraries. Approximately 50% of the time will be spent on detailed design, coding and unit testing. The remainder of the time will be spent producing collateral items (such as tutorials, reference documentation, user guides, help files, etc) to facilitate code library reuse.
