Location: Colorado &lt;br /&gt;
Type: Full Time&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
?Responsible for the management and maintenance of Concerto, Symposium &amp;amp; NICE reports as well as all other call center related reporting. Includes the building and developing of call center applications, acting as the liaison between the call center and IT. &lt;br /&gt;
?Ensure the call center is operating at maximum production. &lt;br /&gt;
?Meet with management on a regular basis to build production awareness. &lt;br /&gt;
?Assist in development and implementation of Call Center Reports. &lt;br /&gt;
?Analyst call center reporting, make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness. &lt;br /&gt;
?Develop and maintain cal center trouble logs. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE &amp;amp; SKILLS: &lt;br /&gt;
?Advanced personal computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office and other Windows based applications. &lt;br /&gt;
?Excellent Access skills with ability to create databases &lt;br /&gt;
?Excellent Excel skills. &lt;br /&gt;
?Excellent Visual Basic skills. &lt;br /&gt;
?ntermediate SQL skills. &lt;br /&gt;
?Ability to import into a database through a multitude of support software, i.e. Concerto, Symposium and MortgageServ for the purposes of creating daily, weekly and monthly call center agent, as well as system productivity reports. &lt;br /&gt;
?Knowledge of Symposium and Concerto or similar software required. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE &amp;amp; SKILLS: &lt;br /&gt;
?Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. &lt;br /&gt;
?Strong trouble-shooting skills with ability to work independently, requiring little supervision. &lt;br /&gt;
?The ability to think independently to develop processes to reach maximum efficiencies. &lt;br /&gt;
?2-3 years call center experience. &lt;br /&gt;
?1-2 years previous mortgage loan servicing and/or customer service, collections experience a plus. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
