hi

i am a student currently doing my msc. i have received a job offer and as a result i am really tight in time. i am looking for a java developer to work with me on my project.
in a nutshell the project is a voting system that is based on encryption techniques. i have a plan that i can discuss with you.
the potential candidate is prefered to be based in london.

You declare the value for BankingU4.balance = 500, then enter the customer's initial balance as a deposit amount. You need an access method for setting the initial balance - either that or declare the initial balance as 0 and then record an initial deposit.
Never try to do two transactions at once. A deposit or withdrawal should be atomic, just pass one amount to the manipulating method and call the method for each deposit or withdrawal. Since all these numbers are signed, you only need one method - pass it a negative number for a withdrawal.
You also need an access method to return the balance. This code has no way to access the amount of the balance.
