Summary of Requested Proposal Subject:

Axis Realty Partners (AxisRP), is a private real estate acquisition, development and asset management company, based in Miami Beach, FL. We are seeking a programmer or a firm specializing in data-basing and data warehousing to develop a proprietary database designed to identify distressed property in select counties in the state of Florida and eventually in other counties across multiple states in the US.

Current Status:

Each Florida county is legally required to make its land evidence and official records available to the public in electronic form. AxisRP’s initial research has determined that virtually all counties use simple data index tables to store their information. This data is readily available through public search tools located on the county websites. However, in nearly all counties, the sorting and filtering ability of these sites is limited.

The data is also available in raw form. Therefore, we are seeking a programmer or firm to refine and develop a simple but effective program to sort and filter this data. None of the data contains complex algorithms, and the terms used are entirely static within each county and generally static across counties. Typically, each county has between 40-50 document types in its official records. We will be sorting and filtering for specific terms and values.

Currently, we have a basic test program, developed using SQL Server, which has successfully identified distressed assets in a major Florida county. We require all proposals to use our test model as a platform. Finalists will be given access to the program code.
All proposals must conform to the submission guidelines.

Primary Objectives:

1. Refine an existing program that can be used for multiple counties (keeping in mind terminology and data format may differ slightly from one county to the next).
2. Create a system through which weekly or bi-monthly data updates can efficiently and economically loaded into the program.
3. Create a relatively user-friendly interface that can be used by someone who has limited IT experience.

Timeline:

This project should begin in January 2009 and be completed no later than March 2009.
How to submit a proposal:
Please address the following:

1. Describe your qualifications (or the qualifications of your firm) and how the tasks described above would be carried out.
2. Provide an estimate of fees to be charged, and an estimate of reimbursable expenses that would be incurred.
3. Provide resumes of all programmers/consultants who would be involved in the project.
4. Provide a copy of your contract form.
5. Provide the names, phone numbers and contact people for three organizations/companies that have been your clients during the last 18 months, which we can call on as references.

Interviews with finalists will be held during the week of December 15th.

Brief description:
This project idea started 1 month ago and last 2 weeks we are working hardly on it.

Right now we are planning and defining all classes/methods that are needed for full game.

Game is 2D side scroller action platformer shoot 'em up. It is evolved version of Jazz Jackrabbit 2 , Metal Slug , Sonic but it have also combo system similar to Devil May Cry games. Game play is oriented on speed, destruction and making cool moves and there is open world and also RPG elements of weapons (they evolve, change look, abilities, etc.)

What is special in our game is Chaos System, that force player that he kill enemies in cool ways so that player can use cooler/stronger moves that build up even more Chaos Gauge. Also depending on Chaos Gauge whole world around him change, for example if player use weapon that shoot wind and nails then at chaos level 10 on battlefield there is huge tornado full of nails that destroy all monsters in path.

Also there are many passive abilities that player get like speed, immortality, new movement abilities, more experience etc.

Changes mostly depend on weapon that player is using. Progressing through levels is made with world map - the player can repeat unlocked levels any time he want to build up their weapons, moves etc. Shooting is made with mouse, player shoot in direction of mouse pointer.

Target aim:
Closed source, not-free, it will be sold on internet and in boxes.

Compensation:
We will soon have contract with company Cateia Games (www.cateia.com) that will make us all the graphics, sounds and will publish the game.

Game should be sold on internet but with bigger success it will be sold in boxes.

All team members will have contract with that company or we will become registered company and make 1 single contract with them.

Profit will be defined before making the contract; each member will get a percentage of profit based on how much he will work on project.

We think we will go with system similar to this one, which seems most fair - tell us how much hours per day and in week you will work and then you will get amount of whole job based on how much other members work. For example if I work 8 hours per day, 56 hours per week and someone else decides to work 4 hours per day, 28 hours per week then I would get twice more job and profit as them.

Technology:
-Platform: Windows. Linux and Mac are options which may be explored at a later date.
-The main game code is in python(v2.5)
-C++ is being used to write d3d rendering code and low-level input. The current code is written with Visual Studio 2008.
-PyCxx is being used to make the C++ classes available to python.

Talent needed:
-We are currently looking for programmers, including someone to take the role of lead programmer
-Any programmers applying should be familiar with the languages we are using, especialy python
-We are looking mostly for someone that is good with programming the gameplay aspects of a 2D side scroller, but are interested in people looking at other programming roles.

If you dont know Python and you worked before with 2D side scroller games in other languages you will need to learn Python and other tools that are needed, which we help you with.

I am game designer, project manager and level designer.
There is right now 3 other members of the team, all are programmers. They all have good experience with Python and/or C++, and love to work on games.

Previous Work by Team:
We was working last 6 months on big game Resurrection of The Dark Sun but main problem in that project was graphic. Volunteers were not working enough and then after Cateia Games noticed us, they offered us help with graphics, sound and distribution.

We decided to put that project on hold because it is really big and complex and start with something much more similar that will give us experience for that bigger project and also we will earn some money from it.

Additional Info:
We are not doing this because of money, but because we want that one day we are working in video-game industry which is dream of us all.

With this project we want to show our ideas to the world and gain more experience for farther projects.

Ok i have a limited version ecu remapper which is basicly a limited version of the master version which both are the same its just firmware is different. The difference is the limited version saves the files as in an ecrypted .ori file so only the person who sold u device can open it. Now the master version saves the files as bin and it can be view and sent and opened by anyone. It interfaces with a cars obd port and a pc by usb. What i am wanting is the firmware to be extracted from device some how and to be written so it saves file as a bin and not a .ori.

If somone can help me im willing to pay.
