Hi, first post. Im goin to school for programming right now and have about three semesters left before i graduate. I routinely look at programming job postings on sites like monster.com and hotjobs.com and 99% of the time they say something like "3-5 yrs experience required" So what Im wondering is if anybody has any suggestions on a job i could apply for while Im still in school that would gain me this experience.
