help installing library. Posted by mobby_reload on 23 Mar 2004 at 3:18 PM
Hello.
I'm installing a software on my RH Linux 9.0 system which requires Mesa library installed on it. I've downloaded the .tar file of Mesa lib. I've extracted it now it shows some directories like /lib, /bin, /prog & some other files in the extracted Mesa Folder. Now please tell me how can i install this library on my linux system so that i can install that software for which i need Mesa.
Thanx.

Once you extract the tar file, there should be README and INSTALL files that will explain how to install this.
