Can anyone tell me if there is a way for me to, every few hours or once or twice a day automatically delete information, photos, etc that customers may add to my demo program using a mysql database that I have on my site.

Any help would be great.

Hmmm...I'm not certain if MySQL has a tool itself to do this, but you can always write a script in your favorite scripting language that connects to the database and runs queries to do the required deletion. Then add that script to your cron tab to get it to be executed automatically. Should work a treat.
