I want to start using MySQL. I've downlaod MySQL form www.mySQL.com however I am told that to use it I need a DB Provider. Where can I get this?

huh?... to use mySQL local on your machine, you only have to install it - your webserver (if php/perl or some other cgi is installed) will get a connection through the cgi-internal socket streams to the database.

If you want to use a MySQL-DB on the web, you need a webspace - including MySQL-databases in his offers, I guess there are some free hosters like lycos and stuff, that include DBs in their offers.
