I'm learning C and I was wondering .. is it possible to run a program written in C on a Palm PDA .. , can anyone give me any information or links with information about compilers that compile C for Palm O/S :)

Have you looked at the Palm development site? Here's some links
http://www.palmos.com/dev/support/
http://www.ligfiets.net/toni/palm/tutorial/uk/
You will have to do some digging.

for an opensource c-compiler that runs on your palm and compiles native palmos executables...

http://www.total.net/~hkonstas/pp.html
for a free pascal compiler that runs on your palm and compiles native palmos executables...

You'll have to use the palm os api in stead of standard c libraries.
see the developers section on http://www.palmos.com for the api documentation.
