I recently downloaded free pascal and i tryed to port my old tp programs to fp but i cant find out how to adress the memory
something like mem[segment:offset]:=???? doesnt work as suspectet and in assembler ( mov es:[di],?? ) doesnt work either. Can somebody please help???

Unfortunately Mem[] is not portable between 16 and 32bit applications. Whatever your code does, you are going to have to rewrite it. Maybe if you were to explain, someone would already have a procedure/function written that you could use.
