is it possible to open .htm files using a relative path from pascal? i know you can use winexec to open iexplore.exe, but it only allows absolute addresses. i'm trying to use TPW 1.5 to add an intro screen for my final business project, which is to put my portfolio into a web page, but it won't actually be hosted.

any help would be appreciated.

*btw i also have delphi 7, if it would be easier to take this problem to that forum
