thanks :D

: I am implementing a phonebook directory program

Unfortunately plain TP/BP can't, you could try with FP ( or Lazarus ) if you have the phone's SDK or you know the data transfer protocol ... not an easy thing for sure.
:can pascal make a menu that is the same of that of mobile phone
:the user can move the option and press enter without typing anything

Here's a simple menu demo in graphic mode with mouse support, I put together from some programs I wrote long time ago. Could have some glitches though, because I did lots of copy/paste without going through every line of code. It doesn't support nested menus, it shouldn't be too hard to implement anyhow, I let you figure it out
{ Compiler TP/BP 7 }

: actually will the code above fail if I implement them in Dev-Pascal

Never used Dev-Pascal, all I know is based on the FP compiler, so including the following directives might help: {$asmmode intel} and {$mode tp} or you could download TP6 for free from here: http://library.thinkquest.org/27297/turbo6.zip
Not sure if the code posted will work 100% with TP6, but it's usually an easy fix if doesn't...

Either download Dosbox from here: http://www.dosbox.com/download.php?main=1 and run TP from dosbox, it doesn't require a PIF file that way. If you have a decent computer you won't notice a difference, on slower systems tends to go slow... Or you could try to make a PIF file yourself as described here: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/windows_dos_configure.mspx?mfr=true
