Need advice Re: Delphi vrs. TPW Posted by oracletwo on 17 Jan 2013 at 3:43 PM
Greetings. I'm writing a TP7 program and have decided to covert all
the code so that it's a true Windows program. I'm studying TPW and I
really like it but so far I can't even manage to change the background
color with SetBkColor(DC,2), though it compiles and runs.

I'm completely new to TPW and was wondering if Delphi might be easier
to grasp for a newbie like me. I'm also currently low on cash-ola.

Some of this stuff is really difficult but I'm determined because I
like my program and want it to be as slick as possible. Any comments?
Thanx in advance. I really like what TPW can do. Wow!
