Delphi 6 "Personal Edition" is available as a free (141 mb !)download, but i
think it took me about 300 mb of disk space to get this *monster* installed !!!

For a much leaner solution, you might try the Win32 version of FreePascal...
(less than 18 megs, and mostly TP7 - compatible)
