I need to know how to use Perl to handle an HTML form input of type file. Specifically I need to know if there's any sort of decoding that needs to be done on the file (and how to do it) and how to place it in a certain directory. Thanks in advance.

Oops, I forgot to say that I'll be using the CGI.pm module to try and do this. Specific code or a link to a tutorial would be helpful.
