I know that this is not the suitable topic to post here, but i didn't find a better board.
i tried to install several versions of my favorite debugger SoftIce, but i failed to start it on Windows 7.
i used this command "
net start ntice" and i received the following error message "
the device you are trying to use is unavailable"
any help!!!
