The posting rules would probably be more effective if they could be seen. I run at 1024 X 768 resolution, and I don't see the posting rules at all. the last thing on my screen is the preview and post buttons. A lot of people will never bother to scroll down to see what else is on the page.

Its a good point, but I am not sure how I should change it, I don't want to make the edit window smaller and I also don't want to put that big box at the top of the page.....

any ideas?

Try putting it between the edit box and the preview and post buttons, use a small font when it gets long (maybe around 3-5 lines).
