Hi WebMaster,
When I put a url of a picture in a messageboard, the picture doesn't appear, it's a empty page. (sometime, is a picture but not my picture!)

This is a test for you:

You I paste this text in My internet explorer, the picture appair. In a message, this doesn't work.

It could be that NBCI don't allow external links from the outside, unless someone first visits a real HTML page with their banners. So, its probably blocked because you are only
making a single request for a picture.
