Can't create blog

I tried to create a blog 4 times. I submitted a title, and a description, and it flips back to the create a blog page without creating one. I even made sure both were short so that it wouldn't fail.

there are no error messages or anything to indicate it failed.

I went to my profile and clicked to see my blog and it says I do not have one created.

Seems someone decided to poke at the language filter with the site update. I can't post plain text messages any longer. My text contains no cursing what-so-ever.

When I go to my block, it says I don't have one and i have to create.

So i click, i put the title, and the description then click submit,

but it respawns me to the same page with the "Description" and "Title" spaces blanks!
and if i go to my blog it says again I dont have one!

Is it a bug?

I liked the old layout better. circuit city ad is always getting in the way. I prefer looking at the center of the screen and glancing toward edges. Meaning important stuff goes in the middle and extra stuff along the sides. The toolbar is nice, could use a slight delay like windows start menu. The Programmers heaven logo looks like it came from a 60's era.
Sorry if I'm giving such a bad rating, but the overall layout is giving me a headache.

Hello, how about extending PH's functionality with features like distributed software development tools?
I mean something like a (distributted??) project manager and compiler farm - much like that one on SourceForge.
This way PH could turn into a place to *stay and work* rather than a place ti *visit* - whatever regularly one visits PH.

I am Mohsin Shaikh browsing your site since 1 years before re-design.

It was excellent site and i was found all C# topics according to lesson wise. i.e lesson 1,lesson 2 etc and it is perfect for C# and i am getting good reference from your site.

But now i found after re-design it is very bad and i am unable to search

I like the new logo, but I don't like the blue square borders. It is not clean enough or beautiful enough. The blue borders could be thinner and all corners round.

Small complain...
Following the lessons of VB.NET School of Faraz Rasheed I used to print these lessons "Printer friendly" (to be set by button at end of page).
Sad to say that after the Site renewal this button is no longer there!!!
(Or can it be done on an other way???)

Java Beginner Question About Errors

On this website, errors appear that keep dialog boxes from opening properly. I get object expected errors, etc. I read that these are errors the webmaster should be dealing with. However, when I log in as another user on the same computer, the dialog boxes open perfectly and no errors appear. The exact same security software and settings are running for both user names. I use Internet Explorer for this website since the webmaster says Firefox won't work on it. Any advice on how to resolve this problem is appreciated. The simple answer is to use the other user name, but I am trying to learn more about computers. Basically, I would like to know how to do more on my car than just check the fluids. Thanks!

Unanswered Posts bug fixed

Today i fixed the bug where the posts on the "Unanswered Posts" page was not correct.

Hopefully it should work better now.

Code-tags bug?

Hey,

I've had several occassions where, when posting code between [code]-tags, the format got kind of scrambled.
At times, a normal code like:

abc
def
ghi

Will appear like

abc

def

ghi

And I can't seem to 'fix' it by editing my post (for instance).

Also, I just noticed the code being cut off mid-sentence so as to fit in a box around 2/3 rd the final message width.

Are these bugs? (I'm pretty sure the first one is).

Forum bug?

Hello,

I think I found a bug in the forum system. It is not a big bug though.

In the main forum index page, when [I] click on the last posted thread,
and the last post is on page 2+ of the thread is when this happens.

It opens up the page correctly. However, on the bottom where it displays
"Jump to page"--any page I select brings me back to the same page again,
and not to the page it is supposed to.

I wonder if this happens to anyone else?

RSS feature

I love the new site!

But one thing that's changed to the bad is the RRS feed I was reading...
It's the 'all new topics' RSS feed.
Now it doesn't have boards included in it, which was great.
Could you put this in again?
