What is Keyword Proximity? Posted by sureshgupta22 on 17 Aug 2012 at 7:54 AM
Keyword proximity refers to how close together the words are. You might have a list of keywords relevant to your website that includes fishing pole, fishing equipment, tackle boxes, and custom fishing rods, for instance. Great. But how do you place them to be most effective in terms of Search Engine Optimisation?

That refers to the closeness between two or more keywords. It is better to have keywords placed closer in a sentence.

That defines how should you use keywords in writing content. Some time we use keywords very close in writing online content and that appears as spamming.

It determines how to use keywords in the content of the letter. Some time you use keywords very close to writing web content and appear to be spam.

Keyword proximity Means. Combination of the density of a keyword and the prominence. Proximity looks at the location of the keyword in the sentence and how often it's being used in that sentence and also takes into account the distance between them.
