I want draw my owen icon on taskbar(WCE PDA),and do not use SHNotificationAdd(). If no notification is on the position, I draw my icon there ,otherwise draw on somewhere diffrent(left to the new notification ) . But I cannt known wheather the position is occupyed by a notification which may be added by a miss call,may be by a new email etc.
