After I created a new Publication and followed the wizard without making any mistakes. SQL server 2k failed to created snapshot agents and stated that:

The process could not create file \\my_servername\my_napshot_folder_name\unc

I uninstalled my sql server and re-installed it but the error still occurs. I'm running SQL Server 2000 with SP3a and the SQL CE with 3a version.
I can't figure it out why this problem occurs.

Please help me, I've lost.
