I have electronic device which measures current and resistance.It has a display which shows reading and buttons to select different options.I want to replace this display with Windows CE.The windows ce os should interact with the device and different options should be selected using screen touch.I am new in this field and I have studied some articles which guided me to create OS desgin and then application.I created OS design but I can not create application.

You need to create a new sub project under the same OS design. To create a new sub project study a bit it is very and then write your application in that subproject.

When compiled the exe shall be created which shall be included in the kernel bin file and remain in release directory of the platform builder
