: Is it possible? I was looking for message boards for my new site, and thought it would be fun to make my own mesage board. And as Python is the only language I have any experience in whatsoever, I was wondering if it was possible. Of course it's possible! There are a number of examples available if you look for them. It's just simple CGI programming really. The hardest part is probably setting up a database on your webserver. I can't help you with that. But if you have a database, then programming a messageboard should be relatively easy.
