Hey, ive been trying to load a midi into my program
and have been successful, except for the timing.

Loading the delta times is fine, but all i can find on the
internet is they represent the amount of 'ticks' since
the last command, but how do i incorperate the tempo,
frames / ppqn and stuff to get the correct 'tick' interval?

Can someone please help me?
