reading pac. audio files

I have a pac. format audio file I would like to be able to listen to but I haven't been able to find anything that works, or any programs to convert it. Any help here would be appreciated, or else I'll just go back to my wild goose chase.

Did you every locate a player for .pac files?

If not I have a small application named PACPLAY.EXE which I could email you.

I have the PACPLAY.EXE file which I would gladly send you but I don't know how to directly contact you and am reluctant to post my email address on this forum so you can contact me. Any suggestions on how to proceed?
