Switching from Visual C++ to Dev c++ Posted by sandyssn on 27 Feb 2009 at 6:18 AM
Hey all,

Well I have a query :P
I'm pursuing my project and there the SDK(Existing System)has been developed using Microsoft Visual C++. Now I'm supposed to enhance the existing system and I want to use Dev C ++. Is it possible? Can I use a different IDE to develop the software? Please suggest me
Thanks in advance!

If VC++ project uses MFC - I doubt you can switch to Dev C++. Besides, Dev C++ does not have auto-complete feature(s) comparable to IDE in VC++.
