hi everyone i just want a program that play the subtitle only to use it while watching movies online like that program

but my problem with that program is that its timing is nt accurate as it sometimes speed faster than the movie or slow down
also i need it to view arabic subtitles & it s more preferably to make its background transparent to put it on the movie & the subtitle only appear to not hide part of the movie window
