One of the biggest challenge in software development is the frequent changes in the product requirements due to the intangible nature of software products. At the early stage of the development process, it is common to see both the developers and the clients not having a firm idea on the details of the product to be developed. Even the requirement analysis phase is over, the product requirements may continue to change. Because of this, team members are always asked to redo their completed work, thus producing a desirable quality software product is very difficult. My thesis is to look into this aspect of software development.

The idea is to code a software to autopan the screen, perhaps with zoom feature too, and additional features if so. You press 'ctrl' to activate the autopan so to aviod autopan being an asshole like taking forever to reach the 'x' button on explorers because its busy autopanning in a window that takes forever to reach the borders of a window. Off course the autopan would only occur if there is space out of view in a window/screen. I havent put much thought to it and how much good things it would bring but i know it would be a nice useful tool. And it doesnt seem to exist.

Sounds nice? Im not a programmer so i wouldnt be able to make it within a day but i know you coding nerds (nerd as in the crazy skilled one) can.

Please please, it would be the most simple yet most awesome and helpful tool that i can think of to ever embrace the world. Off course im trying not to think too much cause im working on other projects and my mind is not in a zen state.

Ans yes im serioues about this. Im hoping you would make it free. I wouldnt be able to help technically.

I know most mouse has an auto pan feature but i havent thought about it or compare it but i think this would be better.

Hi everyone,

I really appreciate you taking the time to read this.

I have an idea for what could be a very fun great game that spans many expansion packs and keep growing and progressing throughout it's life.

What I have in mind is really unique and has not fully been implemented before.

I can't really post too many details on a public site, since these ideas are my own, but if you are interested I would be happy to explain them to you in an email or something.

What I need are volunteers in all aspects of game coding from 3D modeling, design to level formation and terrain. I have a good idea for the story line and the game basic, but I have no coding experience. I understand volunteering your time is a big deal, but it could be a great long term opportunity I'm hoping to start a game company out of this and if everything goes well hire the volunteers to carry on work on the game updates and future titles/projects.

I am developing a website based on a graphic novel. I need a simple script that allows the user to read the novel online.

Basically, I need a drop down menu on the top that allows the user to change chapters.

On the side I need a dropdown menu that allows the user to change pages. The most important feature that I need is arrow key navigation. By this I mean I need for the pages to be able to be changed using arrow keys.

It has the drop down menu that allows you to change chapters. It also has the dropdown menu (a long with next/prev. buttons) that allows you to change pages. Most importantly, it has keyboard navigation.

One feature I really like which I would also like included is that once you reach the last page of a chapter, going to the next page leads to the first page of the next chapter.

I go to a site that has a system where the forums are assigned a board number. The url address has 'board=' at the end, then the board number. Now, the thing is, there are secret boards. For example, if you type in 8675309 for the board number, it takes you to a board named Jenny.

I would like to issue a challenge for you guys to make a program that will allow me to enter the range of the board IDs I want checked (for example, if I inputted 8000-9000, it'd check those boards), and have the program record the board's name into a notepad file; each name on a different line. If the program got an error, it'd be preferred that it skipped the board and moved on.

To clarify: if I wanted it to check the range 564245-564247, and it got to http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/gentopic.php?board=564246, I'd like it to put down the name "Age of Adventure: Ali Baba and the Forty Theives" in the notepad file.

This shouldn't be too hard... And if you can come up with something I'm happy with, I'll add you as an affiliate on my site when it's finished if you please.
