I apologize for the lack of details, for I'm not quite an expert with this sort of thing. My mother cannot access a specific site that she needs for her work. Whenever she tries to access a certain part of homeandgiftcollection.com, she gets an XML error stating that the XML file doesn't match. This problem does not happen on any other computer. Is there any general advice that any of you could give to help me please?
