ATViewer, ATBinHex 1.9.0 released. Added support for multiple codepages in Text/Binary/Hex modes. EBCDIC, KOI8, ISO, Mac codepages are always available and all other 1-byte codepages are available when installed on system (they are supported using MultiByteToWideChar API).

ATViewer, ATBinHex updated to 1.8.1. Several nice features were added:
- New combined Unicode/Hex view mode.
- Nice scrolling by middle mouse button, like in MSIE / Firefox.
- KOI8-R codepage support. More codepages will be added later.
