I've been slogging along at trying to do the programs from Chapter 12 of the "C# Book" available on this site, but using MySql instead of SQLServer.

And I've had success! I've implemented the first two programs and after a digression to learn SQL stored procedures, will work on that section.

I do plan on posting all of these modified programs as articles here, and will also be putting them on an account on BrightFuse that I plan on creating in the next few days, and I may look at linking them to my LinkedIn profile.

As much fun as sites like Facebook, MySpace, and LiveJournal are, they aren't going to help me get a job that I can use the skills I have and am acquiring.
