Capricorn 76 has released the latest 100% script-driven 3D E76 Engine, now around 3-5 times faster thanks to re-engineered physics, graphics and sound engines.
The new functionalities use independent threads running at different frame rates.

Capricorn 76 has released its latest E76 game engine version 1.10, which includes major upgrades to the e76sound, e76physics interfaces and minor upgrades to other E76 interfaces. E76 is a software development engine for 2D/3D simulations, games, interactive presentations and console applications. It controls the engine's components from E76 scripts, and is distributed as a Microsoft Windows binary executable.

Free AI gaming software promises programming fun
Omega Technical Systems has released Bots: AI Battlefront, offering programmers a new avenue to code for fun.
Players code the instructions for their bots (tank-like vehicles) to follow in an arena with other bots, and then watch their performance as the game scenario plays out on a 3-D battlefield.
