Can MASM and/or TASM compile code and output it to a binary file? If so how do I do it?

Thanks,

.com file format is a raw binary file (though it assumes the program will be loaded to an offset of 100h [256].) If you want to origin to be something else, you can use the ORG xxxx directive, but not all linkers support binaries not loaded at 100h--TLINK being one of them.

Microsoft's 16-/32-bit Segmented Executable Linker (LINK.EXE) supports it, but it will give you a warning message.
